Our History

Founded in 2007, Cognitive Performance Group (CPG) is a trusted partner to people and organizations operating in complex, dynamic, and high-stakes environments. With decades of front-line research and leadership in cognitive science and decision-centered design, our founding partners helped shape the modern understanding of expert performance, military decision making, and support requirements of the human decision maker.

That legacy continues today through our interdisciplinary team of military researchers, decision and cognitive scientists, human factors professionals, data analysts, and visualization engineers.
