Who We Are

Cognitive Performance Group of Florida, LLC ("CPG," "we," or "us") operates this website. We are a decision research and performance improvement company serving defense, government, and industry clients. This policy covers information collected through this site only. It does not cover information we handle under separate client contracts, which is governed by those agreements.

Information You Provide

We collect the information you choose to send us:

Contact requests. When you reach out through our contact form (Let's Talk), we receive your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
Career submissions. When you apply through Join Us or join our talent network, we receive your name, contact details, and the materials you submit, such as a resume.

Information Collected Automatically

This site is hosted on Wix. When you visit, standard usage data is logged automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and visit duration. This data comes from cookies and similar technologies and helps us keep the site secure and understand how visitors use it. See section 05 for cookie choices.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, evaluate career submissions, operate and improve the site, protect it against misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run this site, such as Wix as our hosting platform, with professional advisors where needed, and where the law requires disclosure. If CPG is ever part of a merger or acquisition, site information would transfer as part of the transaction. We never sell or rent your information.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it. Career submissions are retained while relevant to current or future openings. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No online transmission is fully secure, so send sensitive material through channels we arrange with you directly.

Children and Third-Party Links

This site is intended for professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Links to outside sites, including LinkedIn and YouTube, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
