Marcella Yearwood

Marcella Yearwood is a financial management professional with extensive experience supporting legal, small business, manufacturing, government contracting, sales, and service organizations. She specializes in compliant accounting systems, financial operations oversight, budgeting and forecasting, government and commercial contract administration, and executive‑level financial reporting. At CPG, Mrs. Yearwood serves as Financial Controller and Contract Manager, where she oversees day‑to‑day financial operations, maintains contract compliance, and provides financial insight to the CEO, leadership team, and project managers.  

Mrs. Yearwood brings a long record of success in managing complex financial environments, advising executive leadership on company and project financial status, and interfacing with tax, audit, and government oversight agencies. Prior to her current role, she served as the Accounting Manager at CPG and previously held operations, human resources, bookkeeping, accounting, and office management roles across hospitality, legal, service, and manufacturing organizations. Mrs. Yearwood holds a degree from Fullerton College and has completed ongoing professional education in tax law through the Internal Revenue Service.
