Brian Dawson

Brian Dawson is an operational leader and logistics professional with over 21 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps and extensive experience in supply chain management, program oversight, and workforce development. He specializes in logistics optimization, data‑driven decision making, adult education and training, recruitment and staffing, and continuous process improvement, with applied expertise in analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies. At CPG, Mr. Dawson serves as a Data Analyst and research support professional, bringing mission‑focused leadership and analytical rigor to complex organizational and operational challenges.  Mr. Dawson has led and supported large, cross‑functional teams across global operational environments, driving measurable improvements in readiness, efficiency, and cost reduction through predictive analytics, process redesign, and performance management. Prior to joining CPG, he served in senior enlisted and analytical roles within the Marine Corps, including logistics analyst, supply chain officer, instructor supervisor, and senior enlisted leader, and earned multiple military awards recognizing sustained excellence in leadership and service. Mr. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and General Studies with a focus on Creative Problem Solving from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Northern Illinois University.
