Angela Karrasch, PhD

Angela Karrasch is a senior research psychologist with more than two decades of experience in military behavioral science and adult learning. She specializes in leader development, talent management, and the assessment of complex cognitive skills in operational contexts. At CPG, Dr. Karrasch serves as the Director of Talent Management, where she leads multidisciplinary research teams advancing professional assessments and leader development through rigorous, high-impact behavioral science.  

Dr. Karrasch has led pioneering, multi-domain research programs assessing and strengthening the cognitive capacity of warfighters and has served in trusted advisory roles to senior Department of Defense leaders on leader development initiatives. Prior to joining CPG, she held senior leadership positions at the U.S. Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences, including Chief / Supervisory Psychologist, and contributed to leader development research at the Center for Army Leadership. She also led interdisciplinary faculty teams at the University of Kansas advancing science related to learning and workforce development. Widely published, she is an invited speaker at national and international forums. Dr. Karrasch earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Kansas State University.
